She has published many articles in national and international journals and attended national as well as international conferences and workshops.  Her academic interest is financial management, economics, banking and insurance, securities and portfolio management, management accounting and human resource management.

Dr. Satyam Pincha is MBA, Ph.D. Currently teaching as Associate Professor in Faculty of Commerce and Management, RNB Global University, Bikaner. His area of specialisation are HR and Finance. Dr. Pincha has 16 years extensive experience of teaching as well as of research. He is recognised research supervisor. He has published many research papers and articles on various topics in reputed international and national journals. He has presented papers in conferences and seminars. He is also working as Controller of Examination at RNB Global University, Bikaner. He has been an active member of Academic Council and Board of Studies in RNB Global University, Bikaner.
