By registering for and/or attending the GRF Conference, all participants agree to be bound by, and comply with, these Terms and Conditions. It is the participant's responsibility to read and understand these Terms and Conditions.
1. Participants are responsible for taking appropriate insurance coverage in connection with their attendance at the GRF Conference. Where the participant is travelling from outside of the host country to attend the conference, appropriate travel insurance should be purchased independently and in advance of any travel or travel bookings.
2. Registrants will be able to select the early registration fee as per selected conference. If payment has not been received and confirmed by the Conference Office by aforesaid time, registrants will be charged the standard conference fee. This applies to registrants submitting bank/wire transfers and credit card payments that are incomplete for any reason.
3. Registrations entered after deadline will be considered late registrations. The late registration fee will be conveyed via email. This applies to both members and non-members.
4. Conference registrations will not be confirmed until the completed form and the correct payment is received and processed by the GRF Conference Office.
5. Registrants should obtain confirmation from the Conference Office (GRF) before committing to other travel arrangements.
6. Accommodation costs are not included in the conference registration fee. Attendees are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements.
7. Each conference capacity is limited. Capacity number is subject to change without prior notice.
8. Payment of on-site registration also acceptable. Cash may not be considered for Indian/ International Participants.
9. There will be no adjustments made to registration rates once form has been submitted.
Participation and Behavior on GRF Activities
Attendance and participation at the Global Research Foundation (GRF) and GRF Advisory Board meeting is limited to GRF team members and their invited guests, subject to approval by the Board.
GRF attendees are expected to behave professionally. Excessive use of obscene language, abusive behavior, or threatening behavior directed to any other conference attendee is not conducive to a learning environment.
Personal Information
1. Please note that participation contact details will be kept on the GRF database, which will only be used by GRF. GRF does not record or store credit card information.
2. Unless the Conference Office has received an explicit request from a registrant disallowing to share his/her contact information (through the Registration Form), a list of all attendees, their affiliation institutions and email addresses will be included in the delegate packs.
3. The email addresses will also be used to circulate last minute details and announcements of future GRF events.
4. If you would like your record to be deleted after the conference, please notify GRF by email (support@globalconference.info) or in writing to the GRF Conference Coordination Office.
You can find out what Personal Information GRF holds about you by contacting us at support@globalconference.info. In the event that any of the Personal Information we hold about you is incorrect, you can ask us to update it or remove it.
Any changes can be happen in future policies and that will be shared on our website. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of the latest version of this Policy and by continuing to check our website or otherwise be in contact with us.

GRF is associated with many SCOPUS/WoS/ABDC journals. Where we provide research support & guidance to research scholars / participants of conference
GRF shared links of third party website for publication opportunities in scopus indexed journals.
Journals list is dynamic & can change any time before prior notice.
We take fee for services / consultancy about publication.
Global Research Foundation is a self supporting organization under KAAV Media Pvt. Ltd. and does not receive funding from any private institutions and government. Fee once paid will not be returned back under any circumstances. If authors choose not to publish after paying the money, then author can use that payment for their next research paper publication / subscription services (within 05 days ) . The Publication fee once paid is will not be returned back to author, if the published papers are not indexed in SCOPUS / any other publication related Database.
